Family Star Party to Explore the Wonders of the Night Sky

We will offer families and sky enthusiasts an opportunity to discover the beauty and wonder of the night sky. Astronomer Phil Ostroff will be joined by astronomer Michael Vanderhoff, who will set up powerful telescopes and guide attendees in exploring celestial objects visible in the evening sky. Visual telescopes, smart scopes and binoculars are welcome for those who would like to bring their own equipment.

Guests are encouraged to bring a lawn chair, snacks and a sense of curiosity and plan to spend the evening stargazing and learning.
