DESCRIPTION:This year on October 6\, 2020 we will not be gathering for National Night Out\, but we have some ideas to keep us connected to one another and our community-while still getting the message about crime prevention out to everyone.\n\n\n\nWe encourage everyone in our community to turn on their porch/outside lights and show support for our community and police department by decorating your yards with signs\, blue ribbons\, and positive messages. We further encourage you to make those porch/outside lights Badger Blue and the ribbons Badger Blue to share our support for all Lampasas Badgers too.\n\n\n\nRegister your city yard/business with us by emailing your yard address to sbailey@cityoflampasas.com. The yard best decorated for National Night Out\, that also shows community support for law enforcement\, and our Badgers will win bragging rights and a prize (sorry no get out of jail free cards). The yard/business must be registered prior to October 6\, 2020. Judging will be conducted on October 6\, 2020 and winner/s will be announced on October 7\, 2020.
