About Us

We have an 11 acre vineyard with 7 different varietals. Come see the beautiful views of the Texas Hill Country and enjoy some wonderful wine on the ledge. The tasting room, tank room, and barrel room are all built into the side of a North facing hill to facilitate the required cool temperatures in the Texas heat. Fruit is crushed in front of the winery, then pumped through piping embedded into the wall down into the tank room for fermentation and processing. After processing, the juice is then transferred to the barrel room using an underground designed gravity-fed method. This uniquely designed process allows the grape’s characteristics and integrity to be preserved, thus creating beautiful wines.
